Friday Is Out Of Context

I found this in a comic book. This is set in the same fictional universe as Iron Man, Spider-Man, and the X-Men. The words in the speech bubble are interesting, I think. My initial reaction:

*whattttttttttttt*

Interesting? What do you think?

This Friday Is Out Of Context Thoapsl Says: A spell is not always restful.

  1. I don't even know what that means. It's not as if he's using the letter 'A' or a national flag to blow that guy's brains out.

  2. Yeah, I know. It makes a little more sense in the story, which is about a terrorist group called HYDRA standing in for the mythical Hydra in a magical spell ... but, yeah. Hm.

Contrast with this image of the Ultimate Captain America, being asked if he will surrender: "Surrender? ..."
    That's more like it.
